John J. Lynch earned his J.D. in 1983 from St. John's University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review. From 1983 to 1986, he clerked for the New York State Court of Appeals and served as the Principal Law Clerk to the Honorable Fritz W. Alexander, III. Mr. Lynch has practiced with the law firms Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon, Squadron Ellenoff Plesent & Lehrer, Brown Raysman & Millstein and Dillingham & Murphy, LLP. His expertise is in litigation and transactional practice focused on intellectual property, licensing information technology, computer and technology systems litigation, and media and entertainment law. Mr. Lynch has been a speaker on topics related to intellectual property and information technology at bar associations and industry groups, and is the author of published articles on a variety of topics.
