Barbara J. Lipshutz, one of the Firm's counsel, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania ( summa cum laude ), where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and of the Harvard Law School (cum laude). After law school, Ms. Lipshutz practiced law as a litigator in Philadelphia for 10 years with Drinker Biddle & Reath; Venzie, Phillips & Warshawer; and Sprague & Sprague, before moving to the New York area in 1996. Ms. Lipshutz specializes in litigation, pre-publication counseling, contests and sweepstakes law, and is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.
