Arthur J. Jacobs, the Firm's senior partner, is a graduate of the City College of New York and the Cornell Law School. In addition to his litigation and trial experience, Mr. Jacobs is also well known for his expertise in publishing, trademark, copyright, defamation, new media, and corporate and transactional matters. Additionally, he lectures attorneys and law school students in the fields of intellectual property and publishing law.
