John F. Burleigh,
the Firm's senior counsel, is a graduate
of Cornell University, where he was a member of Phi
Beta Kappa. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from
the University of Chicago , and is a graduate of the
Harvard Law School ( cum laude ). Following
law school, Mr. Burleigh practiced as a litigator with
Cravath, Swaine & Moore, as a Staff Attorney to the
American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers
(ASCAP), and at Schwab Goldberg Price & Dannay. Mr.
Burleigh specializes in litigation in the federal and
state courts, as well as more generally in the areas
of copyrights, trademarks, entertainment publishing and
licensing.
